Steven Bush is accredited by American Bureau of Shipping 'ABS' to survey ships under the Condition Assessment Program 'CAP'. Additionally in this role Steven has a technical author for several articles disseminating knowledge into the marine industry at large. Steve carries out surveys mainly in Cyprus, Jordan (Aquaba), Egypt (canal transists included), Lebanon, Turkey, Malta and Greece. 

Bush Marine offers to survey vessels to approved marine surveying criteria reporting either in our own format or to insurance companies layout. We will submit comprehensive fully documented reports to the clients in a timely fashion with a clear consise conclusion.

Survey expertise experience includes P&I loss prevention surveys, displacement surveys for bulk carriers, bunker on/off hire, condition and valuation surveys, insurance loss P&I investigations and lay-up re-activation. 

Additionally Steve has experience with surveying of large yachts (sail and motor).

Prior to starting 'Bush Marine' Steve held the position of Principal Surveyor with 'Lloyds Register of Shipping' and prior to that every rank within shipping companies from Chief engineer to 'Technical Director'.
